What tent size is needed for a wedding guest count?
Guest count alone is not enough. The layout must also include table style, aisles, ceremony seating, stage, dance floor, buffet, service areas and emergency exits. Send the guest count and preferred floor plan so the required clear floor area can be estimated before selecting the span and length.
How much does a clear-span wedding tent cost?
Price depends on size, frame series, clear or white roof panels, wall and door type, flooring, lining, lighting support, climate control, design loads and destination. A structure-only quotation and a more complete venue package can be compared.
Is a fully transparent roof suitable for every climate?
Not always. Clear panels provide strong visual impact but may increase solar heat during daytime events. Hot locations may benefit from mixed clear and opaque roof bays, shading, ventilation or air conditioning. The event time and local climate should guide the roof configuration.
Can a wedding tent be installed on lawn or paved ground?
Both may be possible with the correct anchoring design. Ground stakes can be considered for suitable soil, while concrete anchors or engineered ballast may be needed on paved sites or where ground penetration is prohibited. Wind exposure and local requirements must be checked before installation.
What should be planned for production, shipping and setup?
Confirm the venue date, destination, size and accessories before final drawings. Production time varies by configuration, and overseas projects must also allow for freight and customs. We provide packing marks, assembly information and remote guidance; local labor and lifting equipment should be planned unless otherwise agreed.
